Rebirthing

Rebirthing uses a simple breathing technique also called connected breathing or conscious breathing. In this type of breathing, the inhale and exhale are merged- with no pause in between.

As babies we breathed this way naturally until we experienced traumas. Then we began to control or inhibit our natural breathing patterns causing tension, pain, and suppressed emotions.

Rebirthing allows our bodies to release this learned tension, pain, and suppressed emotions.

During the session, you are lying comfortably, usually on your back in a relaxed manner; and you are guided into the connected breathing rhythm. As your coach, I gently guide you into more helpful, rhythmic breathing patterns and assist with releasing blockages and increasing the willingness to breath freely. A session lasts until there is a completed rebirthing cycle; usually about one to two hours.
